Enjoy a relaxing vacation sitting by the pool, enjoying the hot tub, or living it up at the river. This rustic cottage, on 8 acres, is a one of a kind find, in the middle of some great hot spots! Enjoy shopping, zip lining, sipping on wine at the local vineyards, or swimming in a few of the best water spots in Texas! Enjoy the goats in the pasture or take a walk down to the river to swim, kayak, float or fish. Don't forget about Market Days, on the the first weekend of each month. Fredericksburg, Gruene, luckenbach and great Texas wineries are all within one hour or less. Fredericksburg has its market days on the 3rd weekend of each month.

Bring your Kayaks, bikes, tubes, paddle board, or even your boat! The river is a two minute walk and Canyon Lake is 13 miles away. The Guadalupe River is about 15 minutes away as well, which has great outdoor music venues. Blue Hole, Jacobs Well and Hamilton Pool are also great local places to swim. Gruene Hall is only 30 minutes away and home of the Gristmill and Gruene Hall. The San Marcos Outlets are 30 minutes away as well. If you like to hike you can Visit Fredericksburg's Enchanted Rock. Canyon Lake has some good hiking and biking too. You can't go wrong with this prime location and serene surroundings. Visit some of the farmers markets around the area on the weekend. There is always an event each weekend in this area.You can't beat river access in Wimberley. We do have internet access, and a TV if you can't miss your shows. Enjoy the kitchen with all the necessities of home. There is also a DVD player with some great movies. Some movie treats are also provided. Towels, dryer, iron, soaps, robes and indoor and outdoor flip flops are all at your beckon call. We even have some lawn chairs for the river. We promise to provide every detail you can think of. This cottage was designed for your comfort and relaxation. Great bedding and decorations were placed just for you. The twin and trundle are very comfortable. If we've forgotten anything just ask and you will receive.
