Spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath vacation cottage located just off "Shore Drive" in Myrtle Beach, SC. Nestled in Guest Cottages, a quiet, safe, family friendly neighborhood. Located within 100 yards of the ocean front within close proximity to 3 private neighborhood pools. Walking distance to Ocean Annie's Beach Club, River City Cafe, Sandals Bar and Grill and just a few blocks south of the Apache Pier.

This cottage is a single family home with private covered parking for 4 vehicles. The interior of the unit boasts a fully furnished kitchen, a spacious family room, sun room, laundry room, 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The home also includes flat panel TV’s, upgraded electronics, and free Wi-Fi access.

The exterior of the cottage features 2 decks, 2 picnic tables, 2 yard swings and a spacious private yard. Included in your vacation rental, you’ll have access to an outdoor storage room stocked with beach and pool related items, a grill for outdoor use, and an outdoor washing area. You’ll also have access to 3 neighborhood pools!

Located in the “Shore Drive” area, between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. This area is commonly known as Restaurant Row. Convenient access to Hwy 22 and Hwy 31, 20 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, minutes from Downtown Myrtle Beach and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. The cottage is also in immediate proximity to several major shopping, restaurants, theme parks, and golf courses.

This cottage is a smoke free and no pets are allowed *due to severe allergies. Guest must be minimum 26 years of age to reserve. Contact us for specific rates by day, week, or for long term winter-rentals. Peak season options are limited to Saturday- Saturday rentals.
