Pool and Cabana

Located two blocks from beach and two blocks from 96th street, Stone Harbor's main street of shops and restaurants. The famous Springer's ice cream shop and Wawa is only a half a block away. Stone Harbor's elementary school is across the street with a playground, basketball court, single lane track, soccer and baseball field.

This home features a heated in-ground pool 15x27 foot with a pool cabana that includes a loft. The main house has hardwood floors throughout, quartz kitchen countertops and stainless steel appliances. This home has central air conditioning and full size washer and dryer. The front porch includes comfortable seating for six along with two adirondack chairs. The large backyard patio includes six seats and picnic table, four lounge chairs, three umbrellas and two chairs. In addition to the large pool and cabana, there is a propane tank gas BBQ grill and outdoor shower.
