The building is directly on the beach and the condo is located on the 11th floor. It is a magnificent and spotless condo entirely renovated, including a stunning freshly renovated porcelain floor, granite kitchen counters, brand new appliances, a new mattress, a plasma TV, new furniture, a gorgeous balcony with a very special view directly on the beautiful city of Miami and the Inter coastal.

This includes:

-access to 2 very charming and newly renovated swimming pool, with a bar which provide drinks and appetizers.

-access to the BEACH, spa, gym,restaurant,yoga classes and much more!!

-24 hours valet service available

- Free chairs, tables and umbrella at the pool

Please note that in addition to the daily rate, there is a cleaning fee to be paid cash upon departure of $120 and magnetic pass fee of $20 (allows you to move around in the complex). Also if you have a car , parking fee is $35/wk ($40 for 2 weeks, $65 for 3 and $80 for the month).

CHECK IN TIME IS 3PM AND CHECK OUT TIME IS 10AM.
