Our 1050 sq ft. very clean ( Freshly painted with NEW flooring & carpets) second floor end unit is located in the Ironwood sub-division of Barefoot just steps away from the pool and Free Barefoot Shuttle (during season). The shuttle will transport you and your guests to and from the beach and/or Barefoot Landing.

From the screened in lanai you'll look across the small pond to the 13th fairway of the Greg Norman championship golf course.

The unit features the following: a fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious meals, a comfortable living and dining area with seating for 6 plus free High Speed WiFi and free phone service to Canada. The Master bedroom has it's own full size bath, a king size bed, walk-in closet, and dresser. The second bedroom contains 2 twin beds, a dresser, and closet plus a full bath adjacent to the bedroom. Our Villa also features a combination washer/dryer, central air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room, Televisions in each bedroom along with one in the living area.

If it's golf you love there are 3 championship courses on the premises plus a driving range or if you choose, there are another 90+ courses in the Myrtle Beach area. Just across the Barefoot Bridge is the famous Barefoot Landing with many shops and restaurants for you to enjoy. There is also jet ski and pontoon boat rentals within the Barefoot grounds near the Towers.
