This is a beautiful two story home that sits right next to the mountain side. It is spacious, cozy furnishing with granite floors throughout, except for bedrooms. It is close to one of the 12 community pools with complete Jacuzzi facilities. There are two bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs. The bedrooms have flat screen TVs with a large flat screen in the living room.

The Clubhouse is a short walk. The main pool area has a large kids pool with a sloping entry, turtles spouting water and water spouts that shoot straight up from the concrete decking making a waterfall effect for the kids.

The large adult pool is next to the kids pool so that you can watch your children in the pool next to you. There are many cabanas around each pool in case you want to get out of the sun. They are first come first serve.

The lap pool is long and wide and designed for the true swimmer. There is a complete Fitness Center in the Clubhouse that even has its own TV hooked up to each piece of equipment.

The grill at the clubhouse is open during the season and serves fine food.

This town-home has a wonderful location, backing up to the mountains. Everything you could possibly want in a vacation getaway, the furnishings are comfortable.
