Combined Dining / Living area. Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, gas range, refrigerator. satellite TV and broadband internet for work or staying in touch with friends and family at home. Radio CD player, flat screen TV. Spiral staircase leads to hallway with a modern bathroom with wall-to-wall enclosed shower. 2 bedrooms with shared balcony overlooking the lake. Large picture window in kitchen allows view of lake while cooking. Pressurized water system. Relax in the covered patio and large terrace overlooking the lake. A barbecue grill is available on the terrace. Accordion gates accomodates 2 parked vehicles in front. Property it totally fenced in for security.
Rates are the the same regardless of season, so first come first serve. Book early for those special events. Rate is progressively discounted for longer stays: 3-6 night - $55/night; 2 weeks - $550; 3 weeks - $750; 3 months - $750/mo; 4+ months - $650/mo.
Property is managed by local property manager who is English/Spanish bilingual.
