This house is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. The living room is a nice wide open space, great for bigger groups of people as there is tons of room to mingle. Basically, every room is great - exactly as pictured. Can't say one bad thing about it! PLUS, Vic, the owner, is an amazing host. He helped us out with the house, gave advice and was overall lovely. Would 100% recommend to EVERYONE!

Best Place in Town

I loved staying in this house. The house inspires people to have a good time in true luxury ski lodge fashion. The walls of windows bring the outdoors in, and the woodstove and heated floors let you be warm while enjoying the outdoors.
It is great in summer too. We have kayaked on the lake right outside the door and taken many swims. Autumn and spring are equally beautiful here too.

Magnificence on the Lake

I have stayed in this magnificent log mansion on a lake a few times and it is wonderful! The living room has a soaring wall of windows looking out on a small lake, with a mountain beyond. You can watch the sun travel across the skyline at sunset.
The wood stove in the living room and the heated ceramic floors in the kitchen and hall make it so cozy in winter! This multi-million dollar house was built by the owner for himself and is decorated meticulously, every detail was attended to.
The gourmet kitchen is a great place to cook or watch your friends cook while drinking wine at the long granite counter. The dining room with antler chandelier inspires hearty good times. The shower with a "wall of water spray" is great after skiing. The house is a luxurious relaxing place to spend some time, and feel like royalty. I can't wait to go back to this house!

Great home to stay at for any reason

Stayed here for a family reunion this summer,what a cool log cabin,so many things to do in the home,very impressive home.We had people aged from 4 thru 82 and everyone loved the house. The bar and backyard is set up perfect for a great party in and out of the house. The fire pit in the backyard is where we spent most of our time. The kids loved the playground and we can't wait to come back here again

Great place for the money!

WOW what a great house had everything we needed from a great kitchen to a wonderful view. And a great bar on the ground floor with a hot tub right out side..
Best part, close to the mountain and town.
Would Diff. recommend to my friends..We had a blast.
They even welcomed us with a nice bottle of wine!
