one acre lot across street from ocean, close to town of meteghan

Century home with lots of character, new and old furnishings.

Professionally decorated home with all appliances, ocean views, all comforts of home while you stay on the famous evangeline ,trail watch the sunsets and listen to the waves. Just minutes to downtown meteghan, fishing village, grocery, resturants, banks and pharmacy, 15 minutes to yarmouth, 10 minutes drive to mavelette beach, 45 minutes to digby, 2 hours from brier island (whale watching)

Bedrooms are set up but still decorating more pictures to come

Very peaceful.

The house is so beautiful and right away you feel at home. It feels so open and cozy. We didn't want to leave!
