Quant eclectic neighborhood in the progressive growing college town of Tempe, home to Arizona State University. The quiet 1950s historic ranch house neighborhood is a short walk away from Creamery park & dog run, Four Peaks microbrewery/restaurant, Infusion coffee/tea shop, several restaurants, free city shuttle service to ASU/downtown Tempe and light rail service thru Mesa, Tempe, Sky Harbor airport and downtown Phoenix. Short drive to Tempe Marketplace shopping center, Sunny's diner, and grocery stores such as Safeway, Trader Joes, Whole Foods and Target. Chicago Cubs spring training center and several freeways very close by.

Tempe and surrounding communities are home to several annual events including the spring and fall arts festival, Rock'n'Roll marathon,Fiesta bowl block party, Iron Man triathlon, Phoenix Open golf, Barrett-Jackson car auction and baseball spring training camps.

I work occasionally as a real estate agent, renovate homes, lead the neighborhood association and on the Tempe Historic Commission. I enjoy healthy living and the year round warm weather that Tempe offers. Why they chose this property Located just a mile from Arizona State University, the area has a great college town vibe. The neighborhoods 1950's ranch style homes create a peaceful oasis of friendly neighbors some of whom have been here for decades. What makes this property unique This private, efficiently organized space was remodeled to provide almost anything a traveler might need for their stay. Located in a quiet safe neighborhood that's walking distance to public transportation and numerous shopping/entertainment venues. You will be happy you visited !
