Hosted by Charles Buss I have lived in Tempe for more than 30 years. I attended ASU and loved the area so much that I never left. I work occasionally as a real estate agent, renovate homes, lead the neighborhood association and on the Tempe Historic Commission. I enjoy healthy living and the year round warm weather that Tempe offers. Why they chose this property Located just a mile from Arizona State University, the area has a great college town vibe. The neighborhoods 1950's ranch style homes create a peaceful oasis of friendly neighbors some of whom have been here for decades. What makes this property unique This private, efficiently organized space was remodeled to provide almost anything a traveler might need for their stay. Located in a quiet safe neighborhood that's walking distance to public transportation and numerous shopping/entertainment venues. You will be happy you visited !
