Welcome to Cottage #2 at Channel Waterfront Cottages, your perfect home base on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee in the heart of Weirs Beach. This beautifully refurbished 1-bedroom, 1-bath cottage offers a clean, comfortable retreat ideal for couples and families looking to relax and explore all that the area has to offer.

The private bedroom features a cozy queen bed, flat-screen television, and air conditioning for restful nights after a day by the water. An open den area provides additional sleeping space with a twin-over-full bunk bed, making the cottage perfect for families or small groups of up to five guests. The full bathroom includes a shower (no tub) and is thoughtfully maintained for your comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, along with a flat-screen television for added convenience and entertainment. Not to mention, there is FREE WI-FI around the entire property, including inside your cottage. Each cottage is completely refurbished, very clean, and very comfortable. We welcome all couples and families. When arriving, you are able to park at your door! The best part is, there is a short 3-minute walk to Weirs Beach Boardwalk, Restaurants, Shopping, Attractions, Arcades, and Convenience.
