Cancellation Policy
100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Please ensure the Hot Tub cover is on and locked when not in use. This will enhance safety and help kee the tub clean and warm.
The concrete stairs to the lake can become slippery when wet. Please use caution going to and from the lake.
Upon checkout, please ensure the green garbage bins are at the curb. If they are not at the curb, the trash will not be collected.
