This condo is one of only 24 2B/2B units in the building. It is the largest of all the condo's with the perfect layout for short or longer stays.

This unit faces northwest into the sunset and has the ideal roommate / co-worker floor plan. Bedroom and private bath one one side, commons area in the middle, bedroom and private bath on the other.

The condo includes everything you need to feel at home. Plenty of linens and dishware a kitchen that's easy to use. Laundry in the unit.

Flat screen TV, WIFI, Cable.

Easily sleeps 4 with 2 twin beds one queen and one queen sleeper sofa.

Parking is licence plate specific, there are two open lots adjacent to the building. one covered lot w/24 hr attendants also next to the building

Add $52.50 per day for each addition guest over the 4 maximum.
