Beautiful Spanish Estate with completely detached Casita located in the heart of Old Town La Quinta. Large 1/2 acre lot, lush mature landscaping. The home features a new putting green, custom built in Fire Pit, and a lush lawn. The house is in walking distance to restaurants, parks, tennis, and golf. The location is unbeatable. The pool area features a built in barbecue, sink , and counter space. In addition, there is plenty of outdoor loungers and seating. Huge decorative boulders surround the built in salt water pool and spa. This property is fully furnished.
