Your luxury holiday home situated in one of the most prestigious resorts, Emerald Island Resort. It is a 5* resort and has 24/7 security which makes it so luxurious and offers features such as Free use of gym, sauna, computer suite, tennis and volleyball courts...etc. The spacious, inviting 7 bedroom home with 50”/43” smart TV is one of the finest accommodations you will find whilst staying in Florida. In the perfect location, less than 3 Miles from Walt Disney World. Shops, family attractions and good restaurants are also less than 1 mile away. This magnificent 7 bed, 4.5 bath sleeps up to 16 guests and so is ideal for family groups. It offers a secluded South west facing, oversize heated Pool (30x15ft, the largest size possibly built), with underwater lighting, spa and full lanai.

Further details indoors: You will be spoiled for choice when deciding which room to relax in. There are two family living areas, both grandly furnished with sumptuous sofas, marble coffee tables and plants. Watch a DVD on the massive 60” television in the family room or find some quiet time to yourself in the separate lounge on an overstuffed sofa or love-seat.

The kids can enjoy the Disney theme playroom with Xbox and choose from a selection of games, or for the teenagers, why not the games room equipped with air-hockey, football and pool table?

The open plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need so that you can cook a family banquet. Choose to eat in either the formal dining area, the breakfast nook or even on the exterior overlooking the pool. As well as all that, there is a laundry room just off the kitchen with full size washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Further details outdoors:: You could step into 15 x 30 foot crystal clear water of the heated pool or really relax in the Jacuzzi or just lie back on one of our comfortable lounger. The pool and lanai are south facing which give you sun all day long. There is an extended lanai, 8ft which is to provide shade and comfort for you from the strong heat of Floridian sun. On the extended deck there is plenty of space for the kids to play and for a table and chairs so you can have a snack and cold drink. Choose to let your worries float away whilst unwinding in the spa or sprawl across one of many comfy deckchairs with a book and get a gorgeous tan. The pool offers a removable safety fence which is ideal for the younger ones and all doors leading to the pool have safety locks and alarms; another useful feature of the villa. Both the sparkling pool and bubbling raised spa can be heated. At night why not switch on the underwater pool lights to create a serene, magical atmosphere, Or fancy a BBQ? No problem.

Emerald Island Resort is a secure, private, manned-gated community situated within hundreds of acres of protected woodland and wetland. The community consists of a multitude of spacious, executive holiday homes, utilizing a communal clubhouse with many amenities on offer to guests. Set in a picturesque and tranquil landscape, it's the perfect place to relax after a fun day at the theme parks. Although it's a very quiet, peaceful area, the hustle and bustle of Disney is only three miles away, making Emerald Island the closest resort to the Disney parks. The Grounds The stunning surrounding area includes numerous lakes containing a variety of local wildlife such as otters and tortoises. There are dedicated pathways throughout the woods for those who enjoy getting closer to nature, plus picnic and barbecue areas. The main entrance road is lined with palm trees, and you'll pass fountains and water features as you enter the community.

FYI: from 2020, we are continuously repairing and improving the house condition. We just added four large smart TVs in bedrooms. We painted doors/frames, baseboards, handrails, etc.
