The lower level of the home consists of an additional 3 bedrooms, and 1 full bath with shower. Easy access from this level to a second deck through sliding glass doors offers even more outdoor entertaining space.

The stairway leading to the beach is just a short 30 steps, and once you are there, you may never want to go back inside. A large dock with boat hoist offers entry right into the calm waters of Keuka Lake. A ladder off the dock is great for easy access to and from the lake for boaters or swimmer. The beach has plenty of room for your family and friends to enjoy the sun, and beach fires are welcome at night.
