The oceanfront balcony has access from both the living room and the master bedroom, each of which contains a sliding glass door looking out on the beach. Enjoy the panoramic view of the beach from the living room, dining area, kitchen, as well as the master bedroom. The condo is spacious throughout, with ceramic tile floors in the foyer, dining area, kitchen, bathrooms and utility rooms, and carpet flooring in the bedrooms and vinyl floor at the master bedroom and the living room. All living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms are beautifully decorated to enhance your stay.

Additional sanitation is being performed between renters. Commercial-grade sanitizers used. Cleaning crews use masks and gloves.

The living room has a comfortable sofa, love seat, and chairs. There is a flat panel screen TV with 70+ cable channels.

Whether you're staying for a few days, a week, or several months, the kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare a delicious meal for your family. The fourth bedroom has two double beds, flat panel TV, a nightstand, and also a chest of drawers. These two bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom with a combination tub and shower.

Each bedroom includes a spacious built-in closet.

The private balcony extends across the width of the condo, with incredible 180 degree views of the beach and ocean. The third floor balcony affords you the joy of feeling like you're sitting right on the beach. It contains a table with 4 chairs for outside dining.
