Village at Winnipesaukee condo conveniently located on 2nd floor!!! Enjoy all the activities of the historic Weirs Beach area and beyond from this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit. Sleeps four comfortably but will allow up to a total of 6!! With the two bedrooms housing a 1 queen and 1 full bed respectfully, two extra guest can cozy up on the futon in the bedroom accompanying full bed. With views of Lake Winnipesaukee from the balcony, this unit has built in AC units in both bedrooms, wireless internet and TV with DVD. The kitchen, living and dining area are comfortably arranged with plenty of seating. The fantastic community pool offers a shared grilling area with umbrella tables and chairs. Also conveniently located on site are coin-operated laundry facilities (laundry cards can be obtained from management at the Village for a small fee). The activities at Weirs Beach are within walking distance, so scoot down to the beach, arcades, boardwalk or take a cruise the Mt. Washington. You cannot go wrong with this property! Wireless internet offered through the Village at Winnipesaukee, but usage during bike week is limited due to high volume. During Bike Week, The Village only allows ONE four wheel vehicle per unit. However, you may have as many bikes as there are people renting the unit. Also, all parking is first come, first serve so you will not be guaranteed parking near your unit. Trailers 30ft or under must be parked in the overflow lot. Please note that this condo is part of a multi-unit building where neighborly odors and noise may, at times, permeate.
