Located on a magical site, built into a gently sloping mountainside on Gift Hill at five hundred foot elevation, Villa Capiz captivates with 270 degree views of the Caribbean and over 10 islands including St. Thomas. Let Villa Capiz be your private hideaway as you enjoy the sunset from spacious decks, watch the night lights of St. Thomas come out and star gaze from the hot tub... the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring on St. John. Air conditioned bedrooms, 39 solar panels and 3 powerwalls for uninterrupted power, as well as our cisterns with pure, filtered water make Villa Capiz “off the grid” capable. Comfortable furniture, art from around the world, granite countertops throughout, wifi internet, smart TVs and speakers inside and out, and a gourmet equipped kitchen will make you feel at home.
