Beach Bungalow is located directly across the street from the beautiful sandy beach, just 200 ft. walk. It is one of three free standing apartments with 1 parking assign. Sits almost to the end of Briny Ave (East of A1A), so you will get the peace and quiet of the beach almost like is private. Best of all, Beach Bungalow is walking distance to restaurants, shops and attractions.

Our old beach Floridian bungalow has been completely renovated with all of today's amenities! cheerful, clean and we think it's just the perfect getaway place.
Open concept kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals or entertain. There is a gas grill and picnic table outside for the grill master among you.
The bedroom has a queen size bed and a full-size futon for extra sleeping, fully equipped with all linens. We provide beach chairs, towels, beach toys and umbrella, take off that watch relax and enjoy!

The Beach Bungalow also allows the convenience of walking distance to all the local shops, restaurants, bars, live music, boardwalk, 850 ft pier extending over the sea. Pompano Beach location is between famous Las Olas in Fort Lauderdale and the Lighthouse Point. The beach amenities include children playground, water splash, sand volley court, bicycle rental.

Things to know:
Up to one small pet allow with a onetime nonrefundable pet fee of $100.00. Sorry pets are not allowed at the beach.
Share laundry with one washer and one dryer machine located at the premises in the smaller shed.

We love to entertain and we enjoy very much when our Guest tell us how much fun or how much they enjoy our place. We decided to explore another paradise and couldn't think of anything better than the Florida Keys. We enjoy snorkeling, boating and spending relax time here and now we can't wait to share our home with you. Why they chose this propertyWe travel many times to the Florida Keys and always had the dream to buy a property here. We went to visit a friend in Marathon in a quiet peaceful neighborhood on Morton Street and fall in love with the area and decided to look for a vacation home in paradise. Marathon was just perfect because is closer to the larger beaches in the Keys Bahia Honda and Sombrero Beach. Its also closer for a day trip to Key West. What makes this property uniqueWhen be found this house we knew it was the perfect spot. The breathtaking open water views of the Gulf of Mexico, watching the sunset, swimming in the pool, waking in the long dock while discovering the sea life. It is just AMAZING!
