A Few Important Notes:Pool Heating – This is charged at $35 per day Grill Rental – We provide a gas grill Free of Charge providing it is cleaned properly at the end of your stay. If not ithe clean is charged at $55. We have a policy of gas provision as left by the previous guests. Most times this will provide you with gas free of charge however, should it run out or be empty then a gas can be obtained from any local gas station for around $22.00. No Hidden Fees – Once booked, there are no surprise charges! Our Story & HomeWe purchased 301 Vista Drive in September 2015 because our family—four children and seven grandchildren—absolutely loves visiting Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, and Busch Gardens.
