About this space

Downstairs apartment in village sleeps 8 with waterfront accessing the Bay and River for canoes, kayaks and small boats (18' or less with tilting outboard.) Walking distance to downtown. Unit is 1500 square feet with large living room, two bedrooms with queen beds, ample kitchen and one bath with tub and shower. King size bed in living room plus futon and sofa means you can sleep up to 8 comfortably. Downstairs rents for $250 per night in season $200 in the shoulder months of june and September and $150 during off season plus $75 cleaning fee.

Home is in a great location. Easy walking to food, entertainment.

Bruce is a great host. Nice, clean and comfortable place to stay while enjoying 1,000 Island area.
