Rosalia’s”  self-catering apartments in the beautiful Kontokali-Gouvia area of Corfu are ideal for a pleasant and quiet vacation.  Our apartments along with a state-of-the art swimming pool in green surroundings, offer high-class hospitality and a promise for a satisfactory stay.

LOCATION 

“Rosalia’s” apartments are located between  Gouvia and Kontokali only 5 km from the port, 6 km from the airport and a few minutes walk from the nearby beaches.  They are 200 meters away from the central highway, far enough from the noise and close enough to the regional facilities (restaurants, super-markets, banks, pharmacies, gift-shops, etc.)  The town center is easily accessible by the local bus #7.

We are strategically located within easy access to all major sights of the island (Achilleon, Aqua Land, Dassia, Palaiokastritsa, etc.). 

For your night entertainment, the famous night clubs of the island around “Emporiko”, are only 4 km away. 

For an evening walk or drive to the nearby Marina with its quality restaurants, cafes, pastry-shop and playground is only 700 meters away from the “Rosalia”. 

FACILITIES 

Our accommodation consists of 4 spacious studios 2-4 people  and 3 maisonetes of 3, 4, or 5 people as well as 3 two bedrooms apartments. 

All our apartments have a private balcony and 5 of them offer a beautiful view of the swimming pool and the overlooking green hills.

The swimming pool is shielded in a quiet and peaceful setting in the back grounds of the complex and is meticulously maintained to meet the highest hygiene standards. 

Each apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished.  It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, built-in closets, TV, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi.  The maisonetes come with 2 shower/WCs (one on each floor). 

In the yard area, our guests have access to barbecue facilities and a fully equipped kitchen.

This is an apartment for 2 to 4 persons with a divider which separates the bedroom from the rest of the apartment which can have up to 2 single beds. The apartment has balcony facing the pool, parking, WiFI free , TV, washing machine 5 euros per stay, refrigerator and a fully equipped kitchen and a very nice swimming pool. For A/C additional 5 euros per day.
