Both private bathrooms feature showers and the guest bathroom features a shower/tub combo.   This property has access to the exclusive Cabana Club. Some bonus features are: 37.5ft of dockage with fish cleaning station, internet, washer/dryer, BBQ grill, bait freezer and covered parking!

Have a large group and need another house? Check out Tropical Breezes, Island Time, A Cut Above and Latitude Adjustment. These are all on the same street and walking distance to each other.

No rvs, campers or motorhomes. This property can hold up to 3 vehicles if no trailers, if bringing a trailer then 1 trailer and up to 2 vehicles will fit.There is optional storage through Key Colony Beach City Hall for $100 per week located on 8th street. City of Key Colony Beach only allows one trailer per property.

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows ONE boat & ONE trailer only.

This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
