It is a unique and cozy waterfront cottage with the most amazing view of the National Park, the wildlife Refuge, the lighthouse and the spot where the wild Chincoteague ponies hang out! This cottage is a part of 10 cottages complex. It is a quiet, relaxing location and only 5-10 minutes drive to the town or the beach.   Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Waterfront establishment with multiple units on site. Boat, kayak, SUP rentals available for rent as well as guided kayak eco tours, nature boat tours and sunset cruises. The property overlooks Assateague Island, National Park, lighthouse and…. Wild Chincoteague Ponies across the channel! No other place like it on this island. If you want a real island feel this is IT! :)   Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
