South Seas Club of Marco Island is a beautiful beachfront condo. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets, shelling, swimming, and fishing on three and one half mile of exquisite white sandy beach. For the adventurer, water activities such as jet-skiing, parasailing, and windsurfing are available within minutes of the complex. Located close to Marco Island are the Florida Everglades. Here one can ride a swamp buggy, airboat, or explore other excursions. There is also an abundance of shopping to choose from in the area from Marco's quaint shops to the upscale Fifth Avenue in Naples. Marco Island also has an enormous array of restaurants ranging from fine dining to fast food. The numerous waterfront restaurants are local hangouts.

Unlimited gulf view over Tigertail & north to Naples, upgraded kitchen w/new vinyl & entrance, newly painted kitchen cabinets, new patio furniture, eat-in kitchen w/micro, Q in master w/TV & beach view, T wicker beds in 2nd, TV in LR, bright, well-maintained.

4/17/2025 - Attention South Seas 2025 Summer Renters - South Seas are replacing the catwalks on the outside part of the building have sent us the schedule of when work will commence for each floor. Floors 15-19 work in Tower 4 is set from 5/5 thru 5/20. They will also be starting floors 9-14 on 5/12 and that work runs thru 5/24, floors 4-8 5/19 thru 6/3, finally floors 1-3 5/27 thru 6/11. There is potential for noise and dust during this project.

***Common laundry located on each and every floor for guests to use while here at a minimal fee.

***Parking fee of $100(subject to change) due upon arrival for the full stay per vehicle. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
