South Seas Club of Marco Island is a beautiful beachfront condo. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets, shelling, swimming, and fishing on three and one half mile of exquisite white sandy beach. For the adventurer, water activities such as jet-skiing, parasailing, and windsurfing are available within minutes of the complex. Located close to Marco Island are the Florida Everglades. Here one can ride a swamp buggy, airboat, or explore other excursions. There is also an abundance of shopping to choose from in the area from Marco's quaint shops to the upscale Fifth Avenue in Naples. Marco Island also has an enormous array of restaurants ranging from fine dining to fast food. The numerous waterfront restaurants are local hangouts. 4/17/2025 - Attention South Seas 2025 Renters - South Seas are replacing the catwalks on the outside part of the building and has sent us the schedule of when work will commence for each floor. Floors 15-19 in Tower 3 is set from 6/3 thru 6/13. They will also be starting floors 9-14 on 6/10 and that work runs thru 6/30, floors 4-8 6/19 thru 7/9, and floors 1-3 6/30 thru 7/17. There is potential for some noise and dust while here.

Common laundry located on each and every floor for guests to use while here at a minimal fee.

Registration/Parking fee of $100(subject to change) due upon arrival for the full stay per vehicle.
