The beautiful Nautilus Condominium Complex is located on Okaloosa Island off Santa Rosa Boulevard so close to great restaurants and convenient to the Publix, golf courses, music venues, the Gulfarium and is close to the fishing pier! This 7th Floor Penthouse has a breathtaking view of the Emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico with it sparkling white sand, and the Sound. Televisions are in both bedrooms as well as the living area. Guests will enjoy grilling, the beautiful pool and the beach!

The space
2 bedrooms and 2 full baths in different parts of the condo for privacy each with their own bathroom. Living room and master have great views of the gulf of mexico and the beach. Floors are laminate wood and neutral colors with artwork on the walls. Beach is easy to get to ..elevator to 1st floor and then walk by pool to the boardwalk.

Guests have full access to all the rooms in the condo, and rights to the pool and the grill area as well as the private beach for Nautilus.
