Elle Decor Magazine highlights this incredible home in the Fall 2023 issue with a spotlight design article, 'Think This Is a Traditional Ski Chalet? Think Again'. The owners are design lovers who chose a premier Los Angeles-based architecture and design studio to create a sophisticated yet cozy mountain retreat. It features a wooden Onsen soaking tub, 6-person sauna, cedar outdoor hot tub, and is filled with one-of-a-kind decorative works and a wide range of books.

PREMIUM LOCATION ? Enjoy the ski-in ski-out Deer Valley experience with a short walk from the doorstep to the Silver Strike Express chairlift, offering access to all of Deer Valley Resort but without the crowds of the mountain base. You’re able to ski home via your choice of green or blue runs – Blue Bell, Silver Buck, Gemini or Banner. During the warmer months, these slopes go from snow-covered to green-covered with sprawling wildflowers and trails. Enjoy access to miles of hiking and mountain biking trails directly from the house or from the Silver Lake Village base of Deer Valley that is just 1.2 mi down the road. This proximity is truly the most elevated and exclusive way to garner the Deer Valley experience.

INDOOR LIVING ? The open floor plan on the main level encompasses the great room, kitchen and grand dining room, ideal for relaxing and socializing with friends and family.
