The Space:
Looking for the perfect, unique, rustic mountain getaway cabin that has been completely renovated, and in a great central location that is located ¼ mile to the Lake, ¼ mile to Pine Knot Trail and Biking trails, and a mile to The Village? Introducing “Kelly`s Kottage". This beautiful cabin has 2 Bedrooms and 2 full Baths that are completely set apart, Wood-burning Stone Fireplace, Outdoor Spa, Gas BBQ, very large, fully fenced Backyard with 2 wood decks, and more!

Kelly`s Kottage is a 1,200 square foot cabin that has been renovated in great detail with Reclaimed Old Growth Douglas Fir walls, new slate floors, remodeled baths, concrete counters, completely furnished with custom made and antique furniture and furnishings, which makes you really feel at home in the mountains.
 
The Living Room has a native stone, Wood Burning Fireplace, 60” Flat Screen TV with Blu-ray player, Wi-Fi,  Leather Sofa and 2 comfy Reclining Chairs that look out to the beautiful trees and large backyard.  If you really have to work there’s even a Computer Desk made out of an old sewing machine stand so you can sew while you work! 

In the Formal Dining Room you will find a beautiful custom made reclaimed old-growth Douglas fir Table and Bench with seating for 6 and looks out to the deck and large backyard.  The Kitchen has been renovated with Concrete Counters, old oak pallet wood wall, new Double Oven and 5 burner Gas Stovetop, coffee maker, toaster, blender, crockpot, kettle and fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils for you to whip up and enjoy your favorite meals.

The “Sunshine and Whiskey” Bedroom is our private Farmhouse bedroom that is set off from the rest of the cabin with “The Grotto” bathroom, large custom barn door, reclaimed oak bed with new memory foam mattress and a sliding glass door that looks out to a covered redwood deck and Spa. “The Grotto” Bathroom is remodeled with a beautiful slate shower, fusion glass vessel sink,  and reclaimed wood cabinets.

“The Bunkhouse” Bedroom has a  42” flat screen TV, reclaimed Douglas fir bed with memory foam mattress, and two curtained  Cubbies with light and electricity: The bottom Cubbie has a double bed and the top Cubbie has a twin bed. Perfect for the kids or young at heart.

The “Pink Flamingo” bathroom is the main bathroom and completely changed from its original 50’s all pink tile look with new sandstone floors, sandstone vessel sink, custom made counter, cabinet and mirror made out of reclaimed wood from an old nursery and, of course, a pink flamingo!

The large 10,000 SF lot is fully fenced with 2 wood decks, back porch, Spa, and Gas BBQ. A Cornhole Game is available in the summer months, and in the winter there is plenty of space to play in the snow.
