You will have private access to your studio Apartment with private bathroom and small kitchen with induction cook top, sink, Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster. Great restaurants and boutique shops just steps away. Siesta Key and Lido Key beaches just a 10 minute short drive away.

The studio overlooks a large private courtyard area with sparking pool. Super convenient shared laundry room with washer and dryer on the ground floor. The Jasmin studio is on the second floor and has a small outside patio that overlooks the garden. There is a large patio area on the ground level with a BBQ grill.

There are two great local beaches Siesta Key and Lido Key Beach. Fantastic white sandy beach and clear, calm water with a couple of great spots to grab a cocktail and food. Plenty of free on street parking. 2 local beaches 10 minutes away including the world famous Siesta Key Beach! The worlds finest white sand made from 99% quartz! It is estimated that the sand on siesta key beach is millions of years old starting its journey in the Appalachian Mountains and flowing down from the rivers until it was eventually deposited on the shores of Siesta Key. Even on the hottest days the sand is so reflective that it feels cool under foot, it never gets hot as it has different chemical properties to regulate sand. This is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The powdery white sand, gentle breezes and the smell of the crystal clear water and make it paradise. At sunset there is a drum circle, you can participate or just watch the drummers and dancers, and have a great time!

Inside the Jasmin Studio there is a connecting door to an adjoining Studio. Can be open if both studios are reserved together.
