Enjoy the serene Lake atmosphere of the beautiful Wolf Lodge in Sunrise Beach, MO! The view from the living room, featuring large windows overlooking the water, is breathtaking. Your family or group will absolutely love this newly furnished, 6 bedroom, 4 bath waterfront home!

When you walk in to the upper level of the main home, you'll find two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and smart TV, and the second with a queen size bed. Off the hall is one of the guest bathrooms featuring a tub/shower combo. As you walk down the staircase, you'll enter into the large living room overlooking the water. Relax on the most comfortable, oversized couch after a long day on the water. The large flatscreen TV in the living room is equipped with cable.

The dining room table offers seating for 10 people, with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your major appliances, plus a standard coffee pot, single serve coffee maker, 4-slice toaster, and more. You'll find all the cookware and dishware needed to prepare a nice evening meal or just some snacks to take with you for a day of fun at the Lake!

Downstairs you will find two more bedrooms, including the master suite. The master suite features a king size bed, smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and double vanity. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed. The third bathroom, which is located off the dining room and next to the laundry room features a shower. Take advantage of the full-size washer and dryer during your stay, as well as the second refrigerator located in the laundry room.

The living room opens up to the large deck area, featuring a 6-top table and a brand new griddle style BBQ grill. Bring your boat and/or PWCs beacuse this home comes with a private dock featuring a 12x32 boat slip and 2 PWC slips. You'll also be able to enjoy a large swim platform featuring wet steps, and 2 kayaks are available for your use. There's plenty of seating, at a 4-top table under the shade of dock or in the loungers for soaking up some sun!

The last two bedrooms and final bathroom are located in the detached garage. **Please note that you do have to go outside of the main home to get to these other two bedrooms, which are located above the garage. When you enter through the garage door, you will find a newly added game room featuring a foosball table, arcade game, custom built bar, full size fridge and a large flatscreen TV! Go up the stairs to find a queen bedroom and a twin over full bunk room. The bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles. Two small vehicles would need to park in the garage, and the other two vehicles would park in front of the home, ensuring not to block the driveway for the neighbors. Please be aware that there is NOT room to park a boat trailer at this location. Inquire with us about closest boat launch and boat trailer parking if needed.
