It's a spacious 2-bedroom 2.5 bath + Extra Den with New Full-Size bed and also Twin-Size Trundle bed (1,900 sf Living Area + Epic 280 sf Oceanfront Balcony). Without a doubt this unit literally has the WOW factor, the expression everyone has when they first enter and see the breathtaking views. As nice as the photos look, it looks twice as nice in person. The Diamond Suite Designation is due to all the high end features it comes with, especially the stunning ocean views!

Everything about this unit is top of the line and brand new. The kitchen has all new stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances, 24" x 24" polished marble flooring, new Tommy Bahama bedroom furniture, New 55" Ultra High-Definition Smart TV in Living Room as well as HDTVs in all bedrooms, spacious modern bathrooms with top-of-the-line fixtures and granite counter tops, and best of all an epic balcony with access from living room as well as from master bedroom, with direct views of the clear blue ocean and over a dozen sailboats anchored just off shore. Method of Payment is by check only made out to "The Mariners Club" and it's paid at time of check in to front gate staff.

It is imperative that you make sure the owner/manager you ultimately rent from is licensed by both Monroe County as well as The State of Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants.

Pest Control is one of my top priorities since all properties located in this tropical environment are vulnerable to becoming infested with roaches, ants, and spiders. Nothing will ruin a family vacation faster than having to share your unit with these unwelcome guests. That is why all my units are treated and inspected on a regular basis by a Professional Extermination Company.
