CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:

- Free early check-in or late check-out (if available) can be at an extra fee depending on time.

- Upon arrival, You will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.

- You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.

-A rental contract will be provided with the greeter at check-in for you to sign
Before checking into the property we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your identity and cover any incidentals (as we do not charge a security deposit).
-Pool heat does cost extra, We will need to know in advance. The pool has to be heated the entire time, or not at all

Guest must provide both the same CC and ID at time of check in.

*Effective 1/1/2024 a $1000 damage and noise deposit will be held upon check in and refunded with 72 hours of checkout.

You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct. Airbnb does not share your info with us. +Pool can be heated at an additional cost that has to be requested before your stay and during the entire stay. Temps outside can effect the temps of the pool. Pools stay heated round 15 degrees above outside temps
