THIS IS THE ONLY 5 BEDROOM PENTHOUSE IN THE ENTIRE RESORT. With its vibrant colors, classic furnishings, boveda ceiling accents and elegant kitchen appliances you will luxuriate in our 5,800 SF apartment with an additional 3,000 SF of terrace & balconies. (To give you an other idea of its size, there are 7 central air conditioning units to maintain your comfort)

On top of this, you get a spectacular and panoramic view of the Sea of Cortez reaching across to a wonderful view of the Old Port. Arise early to see an amazing sunrise with a blood red sun and pink laced clouds across the sky. Follow it across the sea during the day and watch a the sunset with dinner and drinks on the terrace.

Each of the five bedrooms has its own travertine tiled, glass door shower. Four of the bedrooms have king beds and the fifth bedroom has a queen bed. One of the king bedrooms also has an alcove with a queen sofa bed.. The master bedroom holds an additional treat with a jetted tub and TV for a relaxing soak. It also has its own wine rack, microwave & refrigerator to chill the champagne. Enjoy the view of the Old Port as you unwind and then step out on the balcony onto a double chaise lounge.

The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line GE Monogram appliances, including 2 microwaves and convection ovens. A six burner grill on the terrace is there for those who must barbeque. There are 8 televisions throughout the living quarters. A reverse osmosis water system assures that you always have pure drinking water.

An 11 foot dining table with leather seats and upholstered chairs seats 8 persons comfortably and has a great view of the Old Port.

Relax in the great room with sliding glass doors that open on both sides to the balcony and terrace. Enjoy the handiwork of the boveda ceiling. Pour a drink from the nearby wet bar and enjoy watching TV as the evening closes in about you.

We have 4 additional condos here, two of which are in the same building (which is great if you have a large group: a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with an extra 1/2 bedroom which sleeps 6; a 3 bedroom/2 bath unit which sleeps 8. In addition we have an ocean front 1 bedroom unit In the Cordoba building which sleeps 4 persons and a large 2,100 square foot ocean view 3 bedroom/3 bath unit and sleeps 8 in the Cabrillo building.
