This home boasts 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a guest house with a full kitchen and private bathroom. A perfect, family-friendly setting. The charming and contemporary home features an open living room. Enjoy the comforts of home in the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Just a quick drive from restaurants, Lincoln Road, and the beach. This residence has recently undergone a $250K renovation project and has been furnished with the latest collections from Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn.

THE SPACE:
• Separate 3 bedrooms plus guest house, 3 bathrooms plus bathroom in the guest house, full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, front, and back yard.
• The guest house features a full kitchen, private bedroom, and bathroom.
• Spacious 1,806 ft² (168 m²) of living space
• Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium hotel room amenities and toiletries.
• Entertainment amenities include a Smart TV, Sonos Bluetooth speaker, and free high-speed wireless Internet.

GUEST ACCESS:
When you stay in our villa you have access to the front as well as the back yard, outdoor kitchen, and grill. Our home is yours while you are here.

GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.

GETTING AROUND:
Family-oriented, close to nightlife, clubs, and plenty of shopping and restaurant options, from local diners and cafes to fine dining by renowned chefs. Transportation options include biking, taxi, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW:
• No parties or events are permitted in this residence.
• Outdoor grill is available and can be used during your stay.
• Pets: Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $400 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit required. No other pet type allowed. Property owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
• Ready to move in. Annual rental only.
