Reignite your love for cooking and flare up your culinary creative juices with top-of-the-line JennAir appliances. End your night lying down on any of the Florida king-size beds. This residence features Artefacto furnishings, custom Italian finishes, an 8’ privacy wall, a game room with 6 smart TVs, and unique landscaping.

• Upper level: 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
• Lower level: 2 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, living room, full-size kitchen, and washer/dryer
• Private pool with built-in spa.
• Spacious 4,412 ft² (410 m²) of living space.
• Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium hotel room amenities and toiletries.
• Entertainment amenities include 4K smart 65" TVs, surround system throughout, and free high-speed wireless internet.

GUEST SERVICES:
Our private concierge will assist our guests with arrivals and departures. GETTING AROUND:
Parking is included inside our home. We recommend a car. Our Concierge can also assist with Chauffeur services. Transportation options include car rental, taxis, public transportation, and Uber/Lyft.

• For ease of transportation, we recommend a car.
• Parking is available inside the residence for 10+ cars.
• No parties or events are permitted in this villa.
• Pets: Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $400 fee per dog, per stay, and an additional refundable pet deposit required. No other pet type allowed. Property owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.
