The sand and surf are literally steps away. The possibilities are endless in terms activities. The ocean offers surfing, boogie boarding, swimming, body-surfing, fishing, kayaking, stand up paddling, snorkeling and more. Or just enjoy the sand by running, walking at sunset, building sandcastles, horseshoes, Frisbee, or just enjoying the sun with a book. We keep beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels in the property for you. So you just show up and get to it!

There is also the iconic boardwalk that stretches approximately 2.5 miles along Pacific Beach and Mission Beach. Whether you want to run, walk, bike, rollerblade, skateboard, or just do some of the best people-watching on the planet, the boardwalk is a fun time.

And if you are looking for good dining or nightlife, you are within blocks of dozens of incredible restaurants and fun pubs. I personally recommend Taco Surf, Konos, Saskas, World Famous, Tower 23, and The Patio. Yum!!!

And of course, there are the other San Diego attractions that are available to you if you want to jump in your car or take a cab. From the tidepools and amazing sea life in La Jolla, to Belmont Park at Mission Beach, to Sea World and the Zoo, you are within minutes of these famous attractions and more!

There is parking for 2 standard size cars in the garage and additional street parking is available but limited.

You must be a minimum of 25 years or older to book.

For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.

There will be a $40/Night fee if brining a Pet.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quiet groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.
