This light and bright end unit townhome is perfect for any time of year. Miller and Thomas roads, close to everything. Walking/Canal Trails right across the street. Bikes, Scooters and more available right on the corner. Gated Community entrance then into your own private direct access one car garage. This 2 story townhouse has all living on one floor after your assent from the garage. Remodeled with all new flooring, new paint, granite and more. Great room with a working fireplace and vaulted ceilings. A dining room connected to the open concept kitchen and great room. Step outside to your private patio and enjoy the foliage for drinks or coffee in the am. The 2 bedrooms are located just down the hall. The Master features a king sized bed with TV, workstation and en-suite tub/shower combination. It also has a large walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and is just across from a lovely full hall bath with a walk in shower. Washer and Dryer are full sized and right upstairs with you for ease.
