Looking for a place for the whole family to gather, but with some separation too? This recently renovated 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom property sleeps 14, including children. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 2 additional bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the separate garage apartment. Within easy walking distance to the Long Island Beach (just a 2 minute walk!), this home offers the busy family or friends group something for everyone (please note that this property is not part of the West Point Association and does not have access to those amenities).

The lower level is entertainment central, with a large sofa to watch those favorite movies from your own streaming accounts, challenge your buddies to a competitive game of foosball or air hockey, and break out one of the many board games – there’s sure to be something that will appeal to everyone. There’s a convenient ¾ bath on this level, as well as laundry located in the utility room.

Upstairs on the main floor, the open concept living area provides plenty of seating for both lounging and dining. The island bar is a great place to gather while the grill master of the group cooks up dinner on the large deck just outside the fully stocked kitchen, which has been updated with new stainless steel appliances. Don’t forget about the second deck off the dining area, which is where you’ll want to have your morning cup of coffee as you gaze out toward the lake and contemplate your plans for the day – the lake is close enough for partial views from the front deck. (Both decks are equipped with chairs, and there is a table on the deck off the kitchen.) On this floor you’ll find a queen bedroom and a bath with a shower – check out the heated towel bar, what a perk!

On the second floor landing overlooking the living area, there's a cozy nook to curl up with a good book or just relax before heading to one of the bedrooms -- there's a queen bedroom and a bunkroom with two sets of pyramid bunks - twin over queen. We’re sure there will be lots of ghost stories told in this room! The two bedrooms share a full bath with a deep soaker tub.

For those looking for a little privacy, the garage apartment offers a queen bedroom, a bedroom with two twins, and a full bath. There’s an open concept living/dining/kitchen, note there is no stove here but there is a microwave and toaster oven.

The Long Island Beach is so close! It’s an easy walk down to the beach, and if you’re bringing your boat the public launch is conveniently located across the street. After you’ve spent the day soaking up the sun, meet up back at the house for a round of horseshoe pitching, or play games on the large lot, then trade stories while gathered around the firepit – don’t forget to pack the s’mores ingredients!

After Columbus Day, the garage apartment is NOT available so the maximum occupancy is reduced to 10. Please call the office for adjusted pricing for bookings between Columbus Day and Memorial Day.
