About this space

Kona Reef unit A27 is a rare gem! It’s one of only a few two-bedroom oceanfront condos at Kona Reef, and it sits right in front of Honl’s Surf spot. This condo is spacious and features a NEW split air conditioning system., new furniture, wall hangings, all new flooring. This corner unit offers breathtaking and uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean and the Kona Coastline.

The space
This is an end unit, so it has ample windows and natural lighting. Living room opens up to a large lanai that sits close to the edge of the water. Easy access from the upper parking lot, with only 5 steps to navigate between the parking lot and the front entry of the condo. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need during your stay, and has a window that overlooks the pool.
Condo has high speed wifi and internet. There is a desk if you must work during your stay.

Guest access
Open parking from multiple parking lots. Elevator access from lower parking areas. 5 steps required to get to unit. Unit has an electronic door code that is unique to each reservation. Pool key provided.

Other things to note
The condo sits directly in front of Honl's surf spot, so free entertainment is available in watching surfers, whales, dolphins and other sea life right from the comfort of the lanai. A sandy beach is right next door to the complex.

It was a breeze finding and getting in to our condo (A27). We did find some missed cleaning of our unit window and window sill of the master bath, all tile floors need a good scrub…

Perfect for family of 4

Well appointed condo with absolutely spectacular views! Easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Had already recommended it to friends midway through our stay.
