This beautiful home offers 3 floors of living space featuring a main floor great room with a wall of glass looking out to the lake and a floor to ceiling fieldstone fireplace. Imagine preparing a meal in the well-appointed kitchen while taking in the lovely lake vista. Are you a coffee aficionado? A Keurig coffee maker and a Latte/Espresso machine are included! The screen porch off the dining area is the perfect place for your evening beverage or a meal or board game enjoyed by the group. The double sliders lead you to the deck where you can barbecue some burgers and dogs or just sit and relax with a good book while the rest jump in the lake. The main level also gives you a bedroom with queen bed and a ¾ bath. The second floor offers a loft area perfect for some quiet reflection and the primary bedroom suite featuring a queen bed, huge closets, washer and dryer and private bath. This floor also has another bedroom with twin beds and bathroom. There are split A/C units in both the main floor great room and the primary bedroom. The walk-out lower level houses a family room with slider out to the lake-side of the home and a Murphy bed. There is also a table for playing cards or board games and comfy seating for an evening movie after your day of fun on the lake. The lower level has a full bath. The lot boasts 179 feet of shorefront and faces East for beautiful sunrises and the sand beach is the perfect place to build a sand castle or from which to make your way out to the swim-raft to relax in the sun and work on your tan before jumping back in to cool off on your way back to land. Are you an afternoon napper? How about curling up in the hammock and listening to the sounds of the lake as you drift off to sleep. The dock will accommodate one boat up to 25 feet long. The owner will keep their boat on the other portion of the double dock. Four single person kayaks are included for you tp paddle the shoreline. What are you waiting for? Set up that group chat and get your nearest and dearest on-board for the vacation you’ll reminisce about for years to come. Enjoy the fall colors or an easy drive to great skiing in the winter! Please note: The detached garage on the property is off limits and the attached garage is to be used only for storing bikes, etc. (no cars) as the trash cans are kept in this garage. There is room for 3 cars in the driveway. Charging of EVs is not allowed unless specifically permitted in writing by the property owner along with an additional fee. Please Note: The neighborhood "quiet hours" of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM are strictly enforced. No smoking allowed anywhere on the property. The woodstove in the lower level is off limits and not to be used.
If you would like to rent linens, the fee for this property is $75 for sheets and $12 per person for towels. If you would like to have the beds made for you, the fee is $8 per bed.
PLEASE NOTE: FROM NOBEMBER FIRST THROUGH MAY, ALL BOOKINGS OVER HOLIDAYS AND SCHOOL VACATION WEEKS MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 7 NIGHTS.
