With a king-size in the bedroom, bunk beds with own flat screen TV's, and a sleeper sofa, this unit sleeps up to six guests! The kitchen can accommodate six as well with a table for four and two bar stools. The living room offers a relaxing view of the Gulf - no need to turn on the television! If you would like to watch television, though, there is a flat-screen TV in the living area as well as a TV in the bedroom. HUGE perk to renting PI 402 that not every condo has, **BUNK BED TV'S**!!! Flat screen TV wall-mounted for each bunk bed in the hallway helps keep the little ones entertained while you enjoy your own entertainment/adult time. Being able to enjoy his/her own TV makes vacationing here feel like home!

Granite counter-tops are beautiful and really bring out the upscale feel to PI 402. The addition of granite is no little amenity, customized counters throughout the unit bring 402 to life so each guests feels the comforts of paradise at an upscale rate!

Outside from the balcony you can view a grass court directly below and the resort's pool and jacuzzi further down. If you are interested in a little privacy, the balcony also features an external shutter. Built for protection, the shutters are an additional safety feature of unit 402 that not all condos afford.
The location of this unit is PERFECT. Exit the elevator and go east down the hallway ALL THE WAY TO THE END, Unit 402 sits by the corner unit at the end of the building. Skip the elevator noises and activity from hallway traffic by being towards the end of the fourth floor. OR skip the elevator scene altogether by taking the stairwell at the end of the hallway literally next to the entry of unit 402. How convenient!! If you're looking for peacefulness-THIS IS IT!! The balcony is ideally located at the end of the property building, making relaxation time on the balcony a quiet experience. This also places your access to the boardwalk conveniently in front of the patio of 402, just adding to the WOW factor of this unit.
