Beach access, pool, and tennis courts as well as close to restaurants, day spa, shops, and more. Decorated in muted beige and blue tones, the living room has a leather sofa, flat screen TV, and an unobstructed view of South Seas grounds, The kitchen was been completely remodeled with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and also has a washer and dryer in unit. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom which has also been redone with a walk-in shower and single vanity sink. The guest bedroom has twin beds and the hall bath also has a walk-in shower and single vanity. Enjoy views from the balcony complete with a bar top table so that one can fully enjoy the surrounding area with no obstructions. $100 parking/registration fee required by condo association.
