Gorgeous 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the 5th floor overlooking the bay and with a view of the pool. Located in South Seas gated community this property has it all. Beach access, pool, and tennis courts as well as close to restaurants, day spa, shops, and more. Decorated in muted beige and blue tones, the living room has a leather sofa, flat screen TV, and an unobstructed view of South Seas grounds, The kitchen was been completely remodeled with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and also has a washer and dryer in unit. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom which has also been redone with a walk-in shower and single vanity sink. The guest bedroom has twin beds and the hall bath also has a walk-in shower and single vanity. Enjoy views from the balcony complete with a bar top table so that one can fully enjoy the surrounding area with no obstructions. $100 parking/registration fee required by condo association.
