Located in a highly desirable area on Marco with close proximity to beach access. Gorgeous two story home 4 bedroom 4 bath waterfront residence This home has an open floor plan, offering a great room, dining room, kitchen with views out to the pool and hot tub. The dining room, breakfast bar and breakfast table offer ample seating for breakfast lunch or dinner or choose to sit outside on the patio. There are two master suites with king beds and en-suite bathrooms, two guest bedrooms have twin beds and a queen bed respectively each with their own bathrooms as well. As you make your way upstairs the landing has the perfect table for family game night or card game and also has access to the upstairs balcony. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea and perhaps catch a glimpse of a manatee or dolphin. This home is perfect for family vacations as its location is ideal for beach access, restaurants and shops. The dock can be used but the lift is not available.
