By combining both sides (9 & 11 Bogey), you’ll have:

Adults can gather upstairs in one unit while teens enjoy the recreational rooms in the other. Families can divide by household if desired. The spaces are fully separate inside, offering added privacy, and guests can easily move between them using the front or back exterior entrances.

Two side-by-side homes allow natural grouping — reducing noise overlap and sleeping politics.

Additional Important Information about the Resort
• Onsite parking for 2 vehicles in driveway
• Overflow parking available nearby (no street parking allowed)
• StoneBridge Resort collects a $7 per vehicle per night fee at check-in

The resort does not allow bus, boat, RV, Jet Ski, or trailer parking. Please check with local marinas for alternative options.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTE:
-Security Deposit may be required. Rental Agreement is required to confirm reservation. Since unexpected emergencies can happen at anytime, Trip Insurance is highly recommended.
-While a few efforts have been made, the house is not child proof
- Please note: while the carpets are cleaned each spring & fall, they have seen some spills so apologies in advance for a few stains.
- The Game room is located in the garage which does not have heating/cooling, so garage temperatures will vary with the weather.
