PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The Beach Garden Two-bedroom condo is a unique 2-bedroom unit destined for families and lovers of outdoor living in a tropical environment! There are three private terrace areas that include lounge and patio furniture, a large 4-person outdoor hot tub, and a full-size (gas) BBQ grill, all in a setting with a nice ocean view through the tropical landscaping! The living/dining room with 3-2 sofa set (including a queen-size sofa-bed) and 6-seat dining/bar table; a full-sized fully equipped kitchen with bar; a laundry/storage/facility hallway.

This unit has a great primary bedroom with a king-size bed, built-in closets, and an en suite primary bathroom with an indoor jacuzzi and a shower. It also has access to the private terrace.

The second bedroom is the adjacent Beach Garden Studio condo the sleeps 4 guests in two queen-size beds and has access to the private terrace. The studio room features a kitchenette with a full-sized fridge and freezer, a 2-burner electric stove, oven, microwave, small appliances, kitchenware, and tableware. It includes a 4-seat dining table, a TV, and a walk-in closet leading to a bathroom with a shower.

Free Wi-Fi, two cable TVs (in the living room and bedrooms), DVD players, and iPod compatible stereo sets (bring your iPod if you have one!) are all available for your comfort. This unit provides you with 1,950 sq. ft. of living space, plus an additional 800 sq. ft. of private patio, deck, and garden space. This unit is located in the Eagle (=beach-side) building on the ground floor.-Sleeps max 8.
