The condo is located in the sought after "EDGE" complex of north Scottsdale in "Grayhawk". 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 4 located on the 1st floor of a 2 story building; NO STAIRS. Master bedroom offers a King bed, attached full bath, desk space and sliding door to a private patio. 2nd Guest Room offers a Full bed and desk space. The living area offers a large TV and plenty of seating which opens to the patio, dining area and fully stocked kitchen. A separate desk and work-space can be shut off from the living room as well. Outside you will find a large table and chairs to relax. Full size washer/dryer in unit.

The community center with all of the amenities is less than a 1 minute walk from the front door. There you will have access to a heated pool & spa, fitness room, common area living room with television and full kitchen, BBQ area and fire-pit, billiards and more...! What more could you ask for? The condo is very close to grocery stores, coffee shops, many restaurants/bars, hiking and more... Easy access to Loop 101 Highway, West-World, Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, TPC Scottsdale & Grayhawk Golf Club; as well as great hiking trails!

***1 Dog accepted with prior approval only and additional pet cleaning fee. Let us know the breed and size please. A "Pet Fee" will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning or picking up your dogs poop.
