This townhouse is located on the 3rd Green of Ko Olina Golf Course and offers a relaxing setting for your vacation. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee and watch the golfers chip and putt.

The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs, with a half bathroom downstairs. The Master Bedroom features its own bath with a tub/shower, and the other bathroom also has a tub/shower. The attached two-car garage has an entry door into the unit.

The lanai/patio area offers a barbecue grill, a patio table with 6 chairs, and an umbrella.

The unit is closest to Lagoon 4, which is the least crowded and is next to the marina. You can enjoy the beach and beautiful water by sunbathing, swimming, or snorkeling. There are beach chairs, some snorkels and fins, and beach toys in the garage for your use. If you have young ones and need a high chair and/or pack-n-play, let us know, and we will have it in the property for you as well.
