Living room has a 75" smart TV to stream your favorite shows. The rest of the main level has 2 spacious bedrooms. One of the guest bedrooms would be perfect for the kiddos, hosting 2 bunks (twin on top, full on bottom) with TV. The other bedroom hosts a queen bed, perfect for extra guests! The guest bathroom has a extra-large shower for a relaxing and rejuvenating retreat. Laundry room is located on main level for your convenience. There is a small balcony on the front of the home and a large deck on the back. You can sit and enjoy a meal or just relax while the wind hits your face and sip a cup of coffee in the morning or wine in the evening! Part of the garage is finished which has a private bedroom hosting a queen bed and a futon in living area and a full bathroom. Walk out the French doors and enjoy your day at your PRIVATE Beach while grilling with the new gas grill on the back deck.

I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set.
Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Pontoon Boat
